Today I got back on the bar for hip thrusters. Lately I haven’t been focusing on how much I lift but more on the mind muscle connection.
So today was the day to start loading the weights back slowly.
120kg hip thrusters, not my heaviest but I’ll take it 😊
Also you will notice with my lying leg curls , I’m sitting in a plank position. This helps with keeping your hips down on the pad without lifting off to ensure more hamstring engagement.
