6 ways to make your home workouts more effective

Here are 5 ways to make your home workouts more effective.

1. Create a schedule for yourself

Block it out and make it non-negotiable. We are creatures of habit and by sticking to the same routine, we are more likely to not slip away.

2. Find something you enjoy doing

There is no point forcing yourself to go for a jog if you hate running.

Enjoyment is very critical to your fitness goals. With my home training programs, I keep them fun & challenging to help you enjoy training.

3. Have a goal/focus/purpose for your workout

Never lose sight of why you started your fitness journey in the 1st place. Ask yourself how you feel once you start seeing results.

4. Stay in routine & keep it fun

If you used to get up early & go to the gym and train, then still get up early and train. You donโ€™t need to change your training times just because you train from home. Schedule a zoom or Face time with your training buddy and do your workout together, this helps you stay accountable.

5. Get a coach.

Having a coach set out all your training takes stress off you having to think about where you need to start and what you need to start with. I help you feel more organised & more motivated with structure.

6. Put on your favourite active ware, you would be very surprised how motivating it can be.

Pack your gym back the same way you used to, and carry it with you to where your training setup is ( remember we are creatures of habit. AND donโ€™t forget BLAST your favourite tunes
